How to delete your account
- Open the Fleurdah app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Scroll down to see the Delete Account button.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted. Your account is deleted immediately and cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- All uploaded set photos and optional care or repair media
- All calendar entries, nail sets, and wear logs
- Financial and cost tracking history
What's retained
Some operational records may be retained only where required for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or support audit purposes.
These retained records are limited and are not used to rebuild your deleted calendar history.
Can't access the app?
Email mugolazarusk@gmail.com from your account email address and we'll process the deletion on your behalf within 7 days.
